Friends and Prayer PartnersWe first want to thank all of you for your continued prayers for Aaron, Noraa and me. Your prayers and support really mean so much to all of us.
Yesterday we meet with Dr Merchan and his team at the Sylvester Cancer Center to review Aaron’s most recent CT Scan. We did not receive the information that we had been praying for… The two major tumors have continued to resist the treatment and have grown in size. Dr. Merchan has recommended a change in Aaron’s treatment that will begin in two weeks after a new set of benchmark testing.
It was at that moment that we agreed to change our approach in fighting this disease… God gave us such a clarity yesterday regarding Aaron’s next steps… As a family we have decided that Aaron will now spend his full-time efforts focusing on his personal health and family along with Dr. Merchans drug treatment.
Our Prayer Requests:
- Pray the tumors in Aaron’s body will respond to the new approach
- Pray Aaron’s body will begin to heal through the miracle of God’s blessing
- Pray for Aaron’s transition from employment to his new full-time focus
- Pray that the Lord will continue to meet the family needs
We remain faithful in TRUSTING the Lord. We have placed Aaron into the hands of God and remain grounded on His promises. In the midst of this battle we are constantly reminded that God is in control. As a family we continue to put our faith, hope and trust in our God! He alone is in control and is the source of our strength as we continue to fight this battle!
