March 17th, 2011 ~ Update

Aaron had his exam by Dr. Wiita this morning.  After looking at the films and reports he has come to the conclusion that it is a confirmed mass in the area where his left kidney use to be.  Because it looks as though it maybe attached to the aorta he will be conferring with a specialist from Miami who would be the one to do the surgery because of the complexity.

This week they are attempting to get Aaron’s insurance to approve a PET scan which would help to diagnose whether or not it is cancerous tumor or not.  Also a biopsy will be scheduled after Dr. Wiita speaks with the specialist on Monday (as the doctor is out of town this week).

The Abdella and Craddock family ask you to continue to pray that this is a benign tumor/mass.  We are so thankful for friends and family that stand in the gap during times likes these.  We are also believing that the power of our faith will see us through.

Jeremiah 17: 7 & 8

7 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD,
whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
